Add Cab Calloway School of Arts. Delete those schools located outside of the city limits.
Now, anonymous,
Moyer is advertising themselves as the only comprehensive high school in Wilmington. They didn't write the "City of" Wilmington. Its says plain, old "Wilmington." Thus their assertion is patently false.
Note - I also stated that the list was above of schools who retain a Wilmington address was "partial." No need to update. The message was conveyed regardless of the inclusion of Cab.
Finally, I am actually focusing on the text itself, not the message that it was meant to convey. I could care less about the message. I like the mechanics of language. And the irony that it is a school that has failed to master its own native language.
