The state's official meeting notice webpage shows the 11th, Looks like the illegal meeting with the SBE, DE DOE and Markell may have been about Pencader???
something is off... Maybe Hurricane Jack is about to blow through?
Yep and I'll bet that little Markell's lunch with SBE and Murphy set the state for the second meetings.
