As much as I value the time I spent at Pencader as their Board President when I read this today about Pencader making special requests to bend rules I am very, very glad to have no association with this school any longer. The character flaws demonstrated by Mrs. Lewis, believing that she didn't have to be held to the same standard as others seems to be pervasive there. Is this what a Business and Finance Charter School should be? Or, is this to save the swollen egos of a few on the Board? I hope DOE wakes up.....
